Mental Health Program Implementation Specialist – PCIT Implementation Specialist (Independent Contractor) Responsibilities

Leadership and Oversight: Build essential relationships to sustain training infrastructure; oversee the selection and onboarding of provider agencies for PCIT training; develop and maintain implementation plans (selection, readiness, capacity-building, and overcoming barriers to implementation); ensure compliance with state requirements and project procedures; provide necessary documentation and data for required reporting. Training Support: Track training activities and fidelity monitoring in collaboration with PCIT International; facilitate accessibility of training (online and in-person), consultation, and certification preparation; assist with database development and reporting as needed. Project Implementation: Collaborate with PCIT International to manage timelines and deliverables; participate in project management meetings; partner with project personnel including the Executive Director, Project Director, Project Evaluator, and Expert Training Team. Qualifications

Master’s degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required. Familiarity with PCIT preferred. Located in California required. Experience with evidence-based practice implementation required. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Compensation

As a contractor, you are not a full-time employee. Hours worked determine earned compensation. 40 hours/week is preferred, but those aiming to work less than 40 will also be considered. Compensation breakdown: $93,744 annual ($7,812/month, 1.00 FTE); $70,308 annual ($5,859/month, 0.75 FTE); $46,872 annual ($3,906/month, 0.50 FTE). This will be a 1099 role, not a W2. EBA’s mission is to support families and strengthen communities through the high-quality implementation of evidence-based programs (EBPs). EBA focuses on implementation issues to enable EBPs and community-based providers to be the “stars” on stage. EBA has served multiple states and counties in juvenile justice, child welfare, and behavioral health. EBA’s team includes professionals from social services, juvenile justice, evidence-based programs, information technology and human resources, with extensive experience in clinical services and program management related to community-based and evidence-based programs.
