Updated October 30, 2025 We’re looking for someone who loves building websites with purpose. Longwell Partners is a pro-democracy communications firm that specializes in high-impact political projects, including The Bulwark , Home of the Brave , and Republican Voters Against Trump . We build websites, videos, ads, and digital tools that help pro-democracy causes reach people, change minds, and make an impact. We don’t care what tools you use. If you can make things that look great, load fast, and tell a story clearly, we’ll be impressed. Smart people can learn new tools quickly. What matters most is curiosity, craftsmanship, and the desire to use those skills for something that matters. Do you follow the news closely? Do you like solving design and content problems that aren’t purely technical? Do you find yourself tinkering on side projects just to see if you can make something cool? Do you want to use those instincts in the political world, where clarity and persuasion can actually change minds? If that sounds like your kind of work, you’re probably a good fit at Longwell Partners. You’ll get to: Build and maintain websites for political and advocacy projects. Work with designers and writers to translate ideas into websites. Manage hosting, domains, and launches with an eye for reliability and polish. Experiment with new ways that technology can make our work more effective. What we’re looking for: You’re curious about politics, media, and current events. You write clearly and think critically. You have experience building websites (whatever tools you prefer). You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines. You like working with creative teams and explaining technical ideas to non-technical people. You might have experience with: APIs, analytics, or digital campaign tools Using AI tools to streamline creative or technical workflows But none of these are strict requirements. If you can build things that work, look right, and serve a purpose, and you want to do that in the world of politics, then you’ll fit right in. The details: Full-time, in-person role at our Washington, DC office Competitive salary and benefits Fast-moving, creative environment at the intersection of politics, media, and technology How to apply: Send your resume and a portfolio or links to projects that show what you can do, plus a short note about why this kind of work excites you, to jobs@longwellpartners.com .
