Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café Maintaining clean shelves, temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area What you'll do

Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to work in other areas. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal productions; adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; provide member service by identifying needs and assisting with purchasing decisions. Be a Talent Ambassador: Be a brand advocate; develop and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, team-oriented style; help identify and remove roadblocks.
