The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive customer engagement, and increase brand awareness. This role requires a creative and data-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of the restaurant industry. Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create compelling and shareable content, including posts, images, and videos, to promote our restaurant and menu offerings. Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reviews to maintain a positive online reputation. Content Creation: Collaborate with the executive team to create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including e-newsletters and promotional materials. Develop multimedia content, such as videos and graphics, to showcase the restaurant's ambiance, cuisine, and special events. Schedule photographer visits and organize shot lists, facilitating on site when applicable. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote special offers, events, and updates to our customer base. Segment email lists for targeted and personalized communication, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts. Website Management: Maintain and update the restaurant's website with current menus, promotions, and relevant content. Work with SEO company to optimize website to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic. Digital Advertising: Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chefs, managers, and other marketing professionals, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to keep the restaurant ahead of the competition. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Proficient in social media platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems, and digital advertising platforms. Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic video editing skills are a plus.
