Part-time Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 2pm-12am (midnight) Responsibilities

Oversee the Valet operation under the direction of the Location Manager to ensure staff create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and clients. Support operation policies and procedures; supervise, mentor, and train staff on day-to-day activities. Establish and monitor performance standards; recommend and implement changes to procedures as needed. Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact for client, operations management, and staff. Promote first-class customer service with a friendly demeanor and proactive problem-solving. Greet and assist customers in a timely and professional manner; resolve customer service issues and report incidents as needed. Run reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, and garage data as requested by management. Provide operational technical training as needed. Interact with customers by name when possible and maintain timely communication and problem resolution. Handle monthly and debit payments and process credit card transactions. Utilize basic computer skills in the parking revenue control system (add/delete accounts, input monthly data). Other related duties as assigned. Work varying hours including weekends, evenings, nights, holidays, and special events as needed. Qualifications

Valid Driver's License required High school diploma or GED preferred Strong customer service experience Valet experience preferred Parking and/or hospitality industry experience preferred but not required Skills

Professional, effective communication Ability to build positive rapport with patrons and customers Ability to understand and implement operational plans and procedures Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and comprehension) Open to feedback and differing opinions Teamwork and ability to take direction to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Ability to work independently or with a team Sense of urgency and timeliness; willingness to seek improvement Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle and general knowledge of operating various vehicles Physical Demands

Willingness to work in the elements (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.) Lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds Stand, walk, and run for extended periods Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently The physical demands described are representative of those needed to perform the essential functions of this job.
