Hire, coach and lead a high performing GenAI software engineering team Collaborate with Product, UX and Business teams on roadmap development and prioritization Drive the technical vision and strategy for the Gen AI engineering team Drive the software lifecycle from inception to launch to deliver high quality products on time and on budget Own your teams operational excellence, develop and drive plans for quality and operational improvements Collaborate with multiple technology teams to ensure APIs and system interfaces meet long-term program goals Create a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning What you'll bring
Entrepreneurial mindset focusing on putting the customer first 10+ years of hands-on software development experience 3+ years of Software Development Management experience Hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions integrated with LLM in production environments Strong background in both front-end and back-end software engineering Hands-on expertise with AI/ML tech stacks and modern software engineering practices Experience with agile frameworks and facilitating agile ceremonies Strong knowledge of cloud platforms Strong knowledge of AIOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CDK, and MLflow for deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows About Walmart Global Tech
