About the Role:
Job Title:
Full Stack Developer
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot), React/Angular, and AWS
Build scalable microservices that integrate with internal and third‑party APIs.
Participate in system architecture discussions and help shape technical direction
Interact with internal stakeholders, peers, and occasionally cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and clarify technical issues
Develop clean and responsive user interfaces using React or Angular.
Develop and maintain APIs integrated with messaging systems like Kafka
Ensure code quality and performance through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and DevOps teams to deliver high‑quality features.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands‑on software development experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Backend: Strong experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
Cloud: Solid understanding of AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).
Experience with Microservices architecture, including service discovery, configuration management, and communication patterns.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
Strong problem‑solving skills, debugging, and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.

New Jersey, New York, Plano, TX and Columbus, Ohio
Salary Range:
The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$90,440 - 109,480 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
