Epicor ERP Administrator – Epicor Kinetic Focus
We are seeking a personable and technically skilled Epicor ERP Administrator to lead end-to-end configuration, upgrades, and module implementations within our Epicor Kinetic environment. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity, scalability, and usability. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end configuration, upgrades, and module implementations in Epicor Kinetic Manage and enhance Financial, CRM, and Project Management modules Ensure data integrity and consistency across all modules Utilize Epicor Kinetic for system integration, data flow, and module connectivity Partner with internal stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement effective solutions Coordinate with other ERP administrators to ensure seamless integration and support across functions Provide documentation, training, and user support across departments Travel occasionally to Castle Rock, CO for team collaboration and system alignment Qualifications
3+ years of Epicor ERP administration experience, including configuration and upgrades Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic Strong expertise in Financial modules, CRM, and Project Management Proven ability to manage data tracking and reporting within Epicor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport across teams Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel occasionally to Castle Rock, CO Preferred Traits
Personable, team-oriented, and adaptable Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Experience working in a multi-admin ERP environment Seniority level
