Overview Our client, a leading hedge fund/asset management firm, is seeking a highly skilled
Full Stack Developer
with deep experience in
C# .NET
and
low-latency backend services
supporting
treasury, trading, or order management systems . The ideal candidate will bring both strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of financial markets workflows across Treasury, Operations, Accounting, or Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain
high-performance, low-latency backend services
in
C# .NET
for trading and treasury systems.
Build scalable, efficient, and secure APIs to support order management and post-trade workflows.
Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and operations teams to gather and implement technical requirements.
Develop and optimize full-stack solutions using
C#, .NET Core, and Blazor
or
DevExpress
(front-end).
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of development practices.
Integrate applications with real-time market data and internal systems for treasury, margining, financing, and reconciliation.
Ensure performance optimization, fault tolerance, and scalability for time-sensitive financial systems.
Required Skills and Experience
8–10 years
of professional software development experience, ideally within a
hedge fund, asset manager, or trading environment .
5–7 years
hands-on experience with
C# .NET ,
object-oriented programming , and
low-latency backend systems .
Strong knowledge of
multi-threading, asynchronous programming , and
performance optimization
techniques.
Experience developing
full-stack applications ;
Blazor
and
DevExpress
experience is a plus.
Proven experience integrating systems in one or more of the following business areas:
1. Treasury:
Margin, financing costs, optimization, locates
2. Operations:
Post-trade reconciliations, affirmations, break resolution, allocations
Solid understanding of
SQL ,
data models , and
REST APIs .
Familiarity with
order management systems (OMS)
or
execution management systems (EMS) .
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work closely with business users in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with
front-end frameworks
(Blazor, DevExpress, Angular, or React).
Prior exposure to
treasury optimization tools
or
margin financing workflows .
Background in
finance, mathematics, or computer science .
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
