Assistant Water Polo Coach

Cypress-Fairbanks Swim Club Inc. is a youth aquatics program based in Cypress, TX. We offer a variety of opportunities for all skill levels, including competitive and non-competitive swimming, water polo, and masters swimming/water polo. Our mission is to provide a supportive and comprehensive aquatic experience to develop young athletes. We are dedicated to promoting both physical and personal growth through our aquatic programs.

Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Water Polo Coach, located in Houston, TX. The Assistant Water Polo Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach with daily training sessions, conducting practice drills, providing feedback, and ensuring the safety of all participants. Additionally, the role includes attending team meetings, competitions, and events, as well as mentoring and supporting athletes to help them achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

Experience in Water Polo and Swimming

Skills in Coaching and Aquatics

Experience in Training athletes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus

Previous experience working with youth athletes is preferred
