What You'll Do: Work collaboratively in Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack technical solutions. Stay ahead of tech trends by experimenting with new technologies, engaging in tech communities, and mentoring fellow engineers. Partner with digital product managers to deliver powerful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans to achieve their financial goals. Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. At least 3 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply). Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with technologies including JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go. 1+ years of experience in cloud services like AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or similar. 3+ years of experience with open-source frameworks. 2+ years of experience utilizing Agile practices. This position is located at McLean, VA, with a salary range of $158,600 - $181,000 or in Richmond, VA, with a salary range of $144,200 - $164,600, and is eligible for performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits that support your well-being.
