Base Pay Range $67,000.00/yr - $76,500.00/yr
Compensation
$67,000 – $76,500 per year

Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent in landscape or construction preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of landscaping experience, including hardscaping installation and supervising crews as foreman or crew leader.
At least 1 year of management experience in landscape design/build projects.
Valid driver’s license.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
ICPI Certified Concrete Paver Installer certification preferred.
Current Commercial Pesticide Application license preferred.
Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds; work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
Ability to sit, stand, climb, or walk for 8+ hours/day on diverse terrain.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee the progression of landscape installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all job sites.
Lead, train, and motivate 2-5 installation crews, fostering a positive team culture.
Communicate proactively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize crew scheduling, project profitability, and talent development.
Develop and communicate daily and weekly work schedules for crews and coordinate subcontractor activities as needed.
Conduct regular jobsite reviews to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including work orders, timesheets, and project data entry.
Identify opportunities for additional property care services and communicate them to the appropriate division.
Participate in company meetings and support ongoing initiatives to improve operations and employee engagement.
Enforce all company and legal safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
Support snow and ice management operations during winter months, including plowing and deicing as needed.
