Performance Marketing Director
to lead the technical execution of all digital campaigns across paid and organic platforms. This role focuses on data, performance tracking, funnel optimization, and marketing systems integration. Responsibilities
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns on
YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn . Manage ad budgets, pacing, and reporting for multi-channel campaigns. Implement
retargeting, remarketing, and nurture funnels
across paid platforms. Oversee
landing page optimization , A/B testing, and conversion tracking. Maintain
tracking infrastructure : pixel setup, UTM tagging, GA4, and CRM attribution. Monitor and report key performance metrics ( CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS ) with daily/weekly dashboards. Use
HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
for automation and performance analysis. Align campaigns with capital-raising targets and investor acquisition goals. Maintain detailed campaign documentation and testing logs. Requirements
5+ years of experience in
digital marketing and performance campaign management . Proven results managing
$20K+/month ad budgets . Expert-level proficiency in
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager . Strong understanding of
conversion funnels, analytics, attribution, and optimization . Must be proficient in
HubSpot
and
email automation tools . Solid grasp of
SEO, tracking, and data-driven decision-making . Bonus: experience in
real estate or private equity
marketing. Base:
$75,000–$95,000
(DOE) Quarterly Performance Bonus:
15–25% Optional Profit Share:
0.25–0.5% Health Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays Apply
