We currently have a vacancy for an hourly paid lecturer to join our impressive Business School premises at Northop. The post holder will be required to deliver our Human Resources CIPD level 3 and 5 courses along with other leadership and management programmes as required.
Responsibilities Deliver courses and programmes in line with the College’s requirements, including Human Resources CIPD levels 3 and 5, as well as other leadership and management programmes as required.
Essential Requirements
A minimum of a Level 5 teaching qualification (e.g., Cert Ed/PGCE) or be working towards a Level 5 teaching qualification.
HR industry experience.
Holds at least a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
Educated to a minimum Level 6 qualification.
Awareness of the importance of quality standards within teaching.
Demonstrate an understanding of current developments within your own specialist area and ways of keeping up to date with such development.
Knowledge of the broad range of learning needs and how to support these needs within a learning environment.
Ability to analyse and use key information to inform teaching and learning.
Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
