ST Engineering MRAS is looking for a Senior Sourcing and Procurement Manager to interface with the purchasing team, its supply base, and site leadership to effectively deliver hardware on-time, on-quality, and at a competitive price. The role oversees the Actuation and Accessories purchasing team in conjunction with the supply chain relationship, from RFP through contract award and fulfillment execution to achieve the best contractual conditions, pricing, terms & delivery, while ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction. We are expanding our maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities and our nacelle portfolio and related materials expertise. What You Will Do

Communicate sourcing plan and commodity strategy requirements within the buying team. Coordinate and report on program schedules, priorities, IMS plans/targets. Ensure alignment between buying team and supply chain with various program build plans. Develop cost reduction strategies, inclusive of projects, with the buying team and the supply chain. Assist in driving ramp, capacity and transition plan readiness with the supply base. Provide clear project direction and status with various stakeholders. Be a stakeholder in the Make/Buy process and provide data essential to the overall evaluation from the Buy side. Interact, integrate and drive results across cross-functional teams in engineering, supply chain, quality, production, and executive leadership. Drive accountability and support the commodity team to meet and exceed key metrics (timely requisition placement, MRB reduction, deflation/inflation mitigation, OTD-delinquency reduction, etc.). Oversee and prioritize risk mitigation strategies (e.g., multi-source decisions, DTC, cost variance and supply chain reviews). Assess, manage and mitigate risks. Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers. Develop and drive cost strategy within the Sourcing Organization, including cost savings, cost risk mitigation, long-term agreements and leverage opportunities. Conduct contract negotiations and reviews. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand. Recruit, onboard, train and mentor new hires. What You Bring To Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of procurement, supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management experience including 5 years in a Managerial/Supervisory or Team Leadership role. Export control: This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. A U.S. Person, as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62, includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, and individuals granted asylum or refugee status in the United States. Proof of status will be required if hired. Ability to be a U.S. Person or fall within a legally recognized export control exception or authorization. Desired Characteristics

Knowledge in sourcing various commodities (e.g., ducting, electrical wiring harnesses, valves, source-controlled hardware, actuation hardware, long lead hardware, machine and sheet metal parts, forgings, raw materials). Experience managing source-controlled hardware and life-of-program contracts. Quick learner who can handle multiple tasks, maintain focus, and adapt to challenges. Ability to conduct detailed material reviews in a time-contained environment with supplier leadership. Initiative and responsibility for sourcing needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and sense of urgency. Strong analytical skills; advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience preferred. ERP experience is mandatory; SAP preferred. Working knowledge of supplier portals. Ability to influence others and lead small teams while also working independently. Willingness to travel. Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary range for this role: $119,100 to $148,900 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors when extending job offers, including key skills, relevant experience, education/training/certification, job level, and location.
