Temenos is hiring a Senior Corporate Tax Accountant to join our finance team in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate tax regulations, providing strategic tax planning, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate has extensive US GAAP experience (ASC 740), strong corporate income tax expertise, and familiarity with IFRS 15. You will work closely with finance, legal, and external tax advisors to optimize tax positions, ensure timely filings, and support business objectives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Responsibilities
Assist outsourced compliance provider to prepare and review corporate income tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Ensure accurate tax accounting in accordance with US GAAP, including ASC 740 provisions, ASC 606, ASC 718, and ASC 730.
Prepare quarterly regional tax provisions for North America using the Group’s tax reporting system (TRCS) and support tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
Work closely with internal finance teams to ensure tax compliance and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and reviews.
Monitor tax law changes and assess their impact on the company’s financial position.
Assist in transfer pricing documentation and intercompany tax matters.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance tax reporting efficiency.
Apply and ensure compliance with key US GAAP standards and reconciling to the IFRS primary ledger, including: ASC 606, ASC 718, ASC 730, ASC 842, and ASC 805.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or master’s degree in taxation.
Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and corporate income tax provisions; experience in multinational corporate tax environment; IFRS or public accounting background preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
