Manager FP&A – Coty Finance – New York, NY

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate. Coty empowers its finance team to be a strategic business partner to drive meaningful decisions. The Manager FP&A role offers an opportunity to have direct exposure to senior leadership and work alongside the UUCAN CFO on a $2B region.

Responsibilities

Provide timely information and insights to enable delivery of regional targets.

Perform monthly reporting, analysis, annual business planning, monthly forecasting, budget tracking, and month‑end close accounting to support the US market and the UUCAN region (US, UK, Canada, Australia & New Zealand).

Maintain SOX compliance, coordinate internal audit controls testing and review, and prepare materials for quarterly review with Coty Inc. Group Controller.

Maintain local planning tools and coordinate with IT on global BI tools to enable meaningful management reporting.

Provide relevant monthly reporting, analysis, and presentations to the regional leadership team.

Monitor business results and assess risks and opportunities.

Participate in the annual plan, monthly outlook, and month‑end close processes, including consolidation of full income statement results and key balance sheet accounts for the US and UUCAN region.

Ensure effective processes and controls.

Prepare various ad‑hoc financial analyses supporting business decisions.

Qualifications Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field with 3 to 5 years of business experience.

High mental agility—ability to analyse large amounts of data, connect the dots, draw quick and meaningful conclusions, offer creative solutions, and present clearly.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑moving business environment with high standards of accuracy and the pressure to deliver against tight deadlines.

Proactive and solution‑oriented attitude.

Strong technology skills, including advanced Excel skills.

Desirable:

Financial analysis and reporting experience.

Beauty‑industry experience.

Experience with SAP, Hyperion, and SAP BW.

MBA.

Base Salary Range: $105,000 – $125,000.
