$18.20/hr Responsibilities
Adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to guest service and demonstrate Merlin Values at every opportunity. Engage with guests, display energetic and fun interaction, and seek out guest contact. Manage extended lines safely while delivering an excellent guest experience. Keep public areas stocked with displays and point-of-sale materials, ensuring areas are clean and tidy throughout the day. Follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department’s operating plan. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Security policies, including COVID-19 policies, practices, and regulations. Qualifications & Experience
6 months – 1 year experience in retail, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based roles preferred. Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality. Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests. Ability to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces. Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to address guest questions or concerns. Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Benefits
