As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—all from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring for AANP topics using the Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform.
Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
Deliver engaging, personalized lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
Utilize the platform’s tools to enhance sessions and save prep time (e.g., Tutor Copilot features).
Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments and logistics.
Earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—up to $40/hour; get paid up to twice per week.
What We Look For In a Tutor
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
Expertise in AANP and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.
