Experienced Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst
Founded in 2009, Quadriga Partners is a Denver-based healthcare investment bank providing comprehensive transaction and strategic advisory services. What This Role Encompasses About the Role: Analysts at Quadriga play a critical role in supporting senior bankers with market research, financial analysis, deal execution, client presentations, and business development. Analysts gain exposure to a wide variety of healthcare transactions and are expected to contribute to multiple live deal teams simultaneously.
Quadriga Analysts are given a tremendous amount of responsibility. They are expected to operate autonomously throughout every stage of the deal and manage individual workstreams accordingly. Financial modeling and presentation development skills are critical since candidates will be staffed on live deal teams and expected to contribute immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and prepare analyses on companies, industries, capital markets, historical financials, and prospective financial data
Develop financial models, valuation analyses, debt and capital adequacy assessments, marketing materials, and client presentations
Support transaction due diligence and related project execution
Assist in researching and preparing marketing pitch books for prospective clients, industries, and advisory initiatives
Maintain and enhance databases for financing sources, investors, and clients to streamline deal marketing and execution
Identify and evaluate deal-appropriate investors
Mentor junior analysts and interns
Qualifications
1+ year of investment banking or related experience (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and valuation techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Proven experience executing financial and operational due diligence
Ability to manage multiple transaction workstreams simultaneously
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is:
$100,000-$130,000
Competitive annual bonus
