Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic, experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources/Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment strategy and execution across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and supporting broader recruitment needs within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.

What You’ll Do In this role, you will:
Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders to secure critical talent across Sales/Go-to-Market (GTM) and various corporate functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing, and Technology) in DACH and the wider EMEA region.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, the Compensation team, and other Human Resources stakeholders to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from proactive direct sourcing to competitive offer alignment and a smooth onboarding handover.
Ensure compliance with German and DACH employment legislation relevant to recruitment and internal organizational standards, while championing inclusive hiring practices and principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience as a Recruiter with a proven track record of successfully recruiting across the DACH region in either an in-house or agency environment.
Strong knowledge of proactive sourcing and candidate engagement techniques, with expertise in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, building trusted relationships with internal clients and providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
Native or Bilingual written and spoken German.
