Environmental Services Supervisor

for a 3-month on-site contract in Seattle. This is a hands-on leadership role in a healthcare setting, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. About the Role: As the EVS Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for scheduling staff, assigning tasks, managing performance, and providing training. You’ll also serve as the primary point of contact for environmental services needs across the facility, working closely with other departments to deliver timely and consistent service. This contract begins ASAP, and runs for 3 months. The role starts on

day shift

and transitions to

night shift

after the initial period, offering a unique opportunity to experience both operational phases. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise housekeeping staff across multiple shifts. Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure coverage across all areas. Monitor performance and provide coaching and training as needed. Maintain compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with other departments to meet facility-wide cleanliness goals. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of EVS/janitorial experience in healthcare, hospitality, or similar environments. At least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience. Strong floor care expertise, including equipment handling and maintenance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Operating Room (OR) environments. Up to $40.00 per hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
