The Opportunity This is a senior human capital consulting role in business and culture transformations with a robust background in leadership assessment, succession, development, and coaching. You’ll partner with CEOs and executive teams to design and deliver transformational talent solutions — integrating Korn Ferry’s frameworks, analytics, and leadership insights.

What You’ll Do

Advise boards and executive teams on large-scale change interventions, leadership capability, succession management, and culture alignment.

Architect, lead, and implement large-scale Transformation Solutions, Assessment, Succession, and Leadership Development Programs for complex, global clients.

Build and manage trusted client relationships, identifying new opportunities and leading commercial discussions.

Use analytics and insight to drive change programs, development, and succession planning.

Facilitate leadership interventions at the top levels, supporting growth and impact of senior leaders, teams, and entire organizations.

Coach, mentor, and inspire consulting teams to deliver excellence across regions and disciplines.

What You Bring

Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate); coaching certification preferred.

10+ years’ experience in leadership consulting, organizational design, or transformation, ideally within a top-tier professional services environment.

Proven ability to operate across multiple solution verticals (Leadership Development, Assessment, Organizational Strategy).

Strong commercial mindset, with a track record of developing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Strategic yet hands-on — comfortable managing ambiguity, integrating diverse perspectives, and delivering results in a meritocratic performance culture.

Fluent English and German, ideally French and/or Italian given the Swiss and broader EMEA client base. Willingness and ability to travel.

A collaborative, insightful, and forward-thinking approach — able to influence at the C-suite level and across matrixed global teams.
