As the Manager of Production, you will oversee a skilled team responsible for the printing, packaging, and distribution of lottery tickets. This role is critical in ensuring all products meet rigorous standards for accuracy, security, and presentation, while fostering a workplace culture focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do

Oversee daily operations across flexographic printing presses and packaging lines Lead, coach, and develop production associates, machine operators, and team leads to achieve assigned KPIs Ensure quality control through inspection, verification, and adherence to production standards and protocols Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to meet on-time delivery commitments Monitor equipment performance and partner with Maintenance to resolve issues and improve reliability Maintain accurate records for packing, voiding, ticket tracking, and production metrics Promote a clean, organized, and safety-first work culture Create, document, and train to standard operating procedures Establish leader standard work protocol Deliver performance evaluations that highlight strengths and support professional growth Hire, train, and mentor team members, building a culture of learning and accountability Troubleshoot operational challenges and allocate resources to maintain workflow Provide training to employees and contingent workers to ensure readiness and position expectations are met Represent Brightstar to customers and the community, reflecting our values and commitment Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, ISO, and company safety and quality policies Track performance data, optimize resource usage, and manage costs effectively Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and cost-efficiency using lean manufacturing tools and methods Maintain detailed reports and align team metrics with company goals Strive to win, every day What You Bring

You’re a proven leader with a strong foundation in high-speed production environments and a passion for operational excellence. You thrive in fast-paced settings and bring a hands-on approach to leadership, safety, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience

5+ years in a leadership role with increasing levels of responsibility 3+ years in production, packaging, or printing operations (flexographic or offset printing experience strongly preferred) 1+ year of direct supervisory or management experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field High school diploma required; Associate’s or technical degree preferred Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of industrial equipment and packaging workflows Knowledge of raw materials, tools, and processes used in high-speed printing and packaging Familiarity with secure printing, labeling, or ticketing environments Working knowledge of environmental regulations, OSHA standards, and safety compliance Training in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies Skills That Set You Apart

Skilled in leading press/printing operations with crossover responsibility for packaging Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) at an intermediate level or higher Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and kneeling Keys to Success

These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $60,989-$200,500. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
