Base pay range $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr The merchandising & stocking associate role is a great way to start a fulfilling career at Sam’s Club. You will help members find the products they need by keeping shelves stocked, organized, and ready for shopping. Depending on the shift, duties may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. The job can be physically demanding, but it’s like being paid to go to the gym. You’ll be part of a team with a common goal: making sure members can find more of what they love, for less. Responsibilities
Promptly unload trucks and stock shelves and backroom areas Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area Ensure club pick up orders are filled and staged according to policy Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, helping with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services Monitor product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards Sign, price, and display merchandise in accordance with company policies Identify shrink and damages and secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners to complete tasks Qualifications
