The role focuses on paid media, influencer amplification, and performance media. The Paid Media Account Manager will deliver exceptional service to brands and develop and execute paid media strategies that amplify influencer and affiliate content, drive conversions, and strengthen clients’ full-funnel marketing performance. The candidate will manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee paid media budgets and campaign execution, and ensure programs deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
MEDIA STRATEGY & EXECUTION – Develop and implement custom paid media and influencer amplification strategies to achieve client goals and KPIs. Oversee paid amplification of influencer and affiliate content across social platforms, ensure full-funnel alignment and measurable ROI. Monitor performance, pacing, and spend; optimize campaigns in real time to hit or exceed efficiency and performance benchmarks. CLIENT SERVICE & COMMUNICATION – Act as the primary client contact, provide proactive recommendations and actionable insights. Build trusted, long-term relationships through consistent delivery of high-quality work and transparent communication. Lead client calls and present results, translating complex media data into clear insights. REPORTING & ANALYSIS – Own all aspects of reporting and analytics. Deliver precise reporting that connects paid media performance to business outcomes. Interpret data across upper- and lower-funnel metrics to identify opportunities and drive optimization. Provide clear, data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement. PLATFORM EXPERTISE & OPTIMIZATION – Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms. Oversee audience targeting, creative testing, bidding, and budget allocation. Partner with internal influencer and affiliate teams to amplify top-performing content and inform future creator investment strategy. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT & GROWTH – Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring programs are executed profitably and aligned to AP’s standards of excellence. Identify opportunities to expand scope or introduce new solutions. Proactively surface risks, challenges, and creative solutions to ensure retention and account growth. What Success Looks Like

You understand each client’s goals, budgets, and target audiences; you’ve established relationships with client contacts and are leading routine calls, managing deliverables, and optimizing campaign performance with oversight from the Account Director. By 4 months:
You operate independently across your client portfolio, manage paid media budgets with precision, lead strategic discussions, and deliver measurable results. Client KPIs are met or exceeded; AP profitability and quality standards are upheld. Qualities of the Ideal Candidate

4+ years of experience managing paid social or paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred) Proven success managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and delivering on performance KPIs Hands-on experience with major paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.) Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets Experience developing and presenting campaign reports and insights to clients Working knowledge of how paid media integrates with influencer, affiliate, and other performance channels Familiarity with ad tech, attribution, and tracking systems (UTMs, pixels, conversion APIs) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Ability to travel up to 15% Why Acceleration Partners
