We’re looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager well-versed in both organic and paid campaigns to manage a multi-brand portfolio of clients. You’ll ensure all content aligns with each brand’s unique strategy, engages the right audience and supports business objectives. Additionally, you’ll optimize ad targeting, working within allocated budgets to maximize impact. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored social media strategies, ensuring alignment with each brand’s goals, messaging and audience. Ideate content on a monthly cadence, write design briefs and oversee the creation of content that captures attention, drives engagement and converts Brief and coordinate with the internal design team to ensure on-brand, high-quality graphics and videos are created on time and according to process. Adapt to the unique identity of each brand, maintaining consistency in branding, tone and messaging across all content Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely and strategic content distribution Plan, optimize and launch paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) in line with marketing objectives Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends and adjust strategies to optimize performance while working within allocated advertising budgets to maximize ROI Adjust ad spend and targeting as needed based on data insights Community management: active engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages and fostering brand loyalty through authentic interactions Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates and audience behaviors to keep content fresh and competitive Collaborate with internal teams (leadership, sales, marketing) so that content and ad strategies support broader business initiatives Build trust-based relationships with clients during ongoing check-in sessions to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Translate client objectives into actionable social media strategies and campaigns Present performance and recommendations clearly to clients with varying levels of marketing expertise Guide clients on best practices and trends to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention What We’re Looking For

Experience:

2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing or brand strategy Paid Advertising Experience:

Knowledge of ad targeting, budgeting and optimization across platforms as well as experience with A/B testing, retargeting campaigns and conversion optimization Agency/Multi-brand Experience:

Strong ability to manage and differentiate strategies across multiple platforms, brands and industries concurrently while prioritizing multiple deadlines and objectives Strategic Thinking:

Ability to craft content strategies that align with brand positioning, business goals and more Creative Skills:

Excellent short-form copywriting skills. Bonus Points: Experience in graphic design, photography, video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar) is a plus. Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations Why Join Us?
