The Commercial Lines Account Manager will manage an assigned book, supporting a diverse portfolio of mid-size accounts with a few larger commercial clients. The focus is on servicing, renewals, and new business growth, while administrative support (certificates, ID cards, etc.) is handled by a dedicated team member. This role offers a blend of independence and collaboration—ideal for someone who enjoys being trusted to manage their work while contributing to a small, hardworking team. Responsibilities
Manage an assigned Commercial Lines book (~$3M in premium) Service and renew existing accounts; handle endorsements, policy changes, and coverage reviews Quote new business opportunities Work closely with Producers and internal teams to retain and grow client relationships Communicate with carriers regarding renewals, coverage changes, and placement options Utilize AMS360 for all policy management and documentation Qualifications & Requirements
Active Property & Casualty License (required) 3–5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience Strong understanding of generalist CL coverages: Property, General Liability, Workers Compensation, etc. Proficiency with AMS360 Intelligent, coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously Additional Information
