About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic
Communications Specialist
with a blend of
corporate communications, marketing, and design expertise
to support a range of strategic initiatives across internal and external audiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to storytelling, content development, and creative campaign execution for a nationally recognized organization.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful communication across all channels. The ideal candidate is a versatile communicator who enjoys crafting engaging content, designing compelling visuals, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Communications & Content
Develop and execute communication tactics that align with company goals.
Write, edit, and design content including articles, newsletters, press releases, blogs, award submissions, and other collateral.
Support executive communications through presentation decks, proposals, and briefing materials.
Ensure consistency of tone, style, and branding across all communication channels.
Marketing & Social Media
Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement digital and social media campaigns.
Develop content calendars, monitor trends, and measure campaign performance.
Support product launches and visibility initiatives through creative storytelling and content creation.
Internal Communications
Maintain and update intranet pages and other internal platforms.
Coordinate approval workflows and manage editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure message alignment and brand consistency.
Measurement & Reporting
Track key metrics and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
Prepare monthly reports summarizing engagement and performance data.
Recommend optimizations and innovations to improve communication outcomes.
Events & Culture
Support the planning and execution of internal and external events.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance company culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Experience:
3-5 years in corporate communications, marketing, or a related field.
Writing & Storytelling:
Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills for diverse audiences.
Design & Visual Communication:
Expertise in
PowerPoint ; proficiency with
Adobe Creative Suite ,
Canva , or similar tools.
Marketing & social media:
Hands-on experience managing platforms, content, and analytics.
Project Management:
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Collaboration:
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and present ideas effectively.
