Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist
Join Missoula County’s Fairgrounds team.
This full‑time position focuses on integrated marketing, digital strategy, brand management, and professional‑level graphic design for the Western Montana Fair, Fairgrounds Foundation, and Missoula County Fairgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of creative digital campaigns to grow audiences and drive attendance.
Execute and monitor brand consistency across all mediums—print, digital, and outdoor signage.
Collaborate with Fairgrounds staff, partners and volunteers to create deliverables including training materials, fundraising packets, videos, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional assets.
Manage social media strategy, influencer engagement, and emerging platforms for organic and paid reach.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, photography, fine arts, public relations, or marketing.
Minimum two years’ design experience; experience managing social media campaigns and brand engagement preferred.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and digital production.
