The Executive Assistant is a highly trusted, organized and proactive individual supporting the CEO and Chief Marketing Officer of DoubleLine while also performing a wide range of administrative duties for the Investor Services team. Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Investor Services team, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. Proactively manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, media engagements, and coordinating travel logistics. Serve as liaison for media and speaking engagements, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding requests for the CEO. Plan and coordinate firm-wide events—including retreats, holiday parties, and ad hoc gatherings—by managing logistics, venues, contracts, and presenting options to the CMO. Collaborate with IT, Communications, and vendors to ensure AV setup, promotional materials, shipping, and on-site execution. Attend weekly planning sessions with the CMO to align on scheduling, events, conferences, and outstanding priorities. Coordinate and arrange catering for internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless execution of hospitality needs. Organize and facilitate Marketing Sub-Advisory Committee meetings, including scheduling, presentation collection, and logistical support. Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports for the CEO, CMO, and Investor Services team. Support the GRM Executive Assistant in executing high-impact client events and conferences which may include travel and on-location hosting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the conference tracker, managing shipments, and collaborating with Communications and Facilities teams to ensure seamless execution. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within the finance or investment industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness. Professional demeanor with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Base Salary Range

The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
