Direct Counsel is seeking a

Senior Litigation Paralegal

to join a

well-established plaintiff’s personal injury law firm

based in

Woodland Hills, CA .

About the Role

This is a

hands-on, fast-paced litigation support role

for a seasoned paralegal who thrives in a busy trial practice environment. You’ll work closely with attorneys across all phases of

plaintiff-side personal injury litigation , from case initiation through trial.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file Summons and Complaints

Draft, review, and respond to written discovery

Prepare Motions to Compel, Motions in Limine, and other law and motion documents

Manage trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, and trial binders

Support attorneys with case strategy and day-to-day case management

Track deadlines and ensure cases progress efficiently

Qualifications

Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience required

Demonstrated experience in:

Filing complaints and initiating cases

Propounding and responding to discovery

Drafting law and motion documents

Trial preparation

Ability to work independently in a high-volume practice

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines

Remote Work & Schedule

Remote candidates welcome

Familiarity with

California procedure

is required

Salary:

$70,000 – $95,000

(commensurate with experience)
