An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market generalist accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the producer and account executive in daily operations. The position offers a hybrid work environment with three days in-office and two days remote. Compensation

Manage and service a portfolio of middle-market generalist accounts Assist with renewals, including quoting new and renewal business Conduct online rating and coverage analysis Handle marketing efforts for accounts Provide exceptional customer service to clients Collaborate closely with the producer and account executive to ensure seamless operations Qualifications/Requirements
Active 220 insurance license Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management within an agency setting Proficiency in online rating and coverage analysis Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment Job Details
