Senior Litigation Paralegal

Overview Be among the first applicants. Paralegal position for a Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Law Firm located in Clifton, New Jersey. Seeking a seasoned Full-Time experienced individual proficient in litigation, able to prioritize an active case list, and meet deadlines. 5 years’ minimum experience.

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Salary ranges from $65 – $75K depending on experience and will go up to $80K if exceptional. We offer exceptional benefits including full paid health/401K plan.

Responsibilities

Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents

Managing files from intake to completion

Tracking documents, preparing pleadings & motions, interrogatories, expert requests, and other legal documents under the direction of the attorney

Qualifications

Previous experience as a paralegal in a legal field

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
