The Direct Mail Supplier & Expense Management team supports over 500 annual Direct Mail Campaigns for US Cards, Retail Bank, and Citi Retail Services by creating supplier capacity plans based on specifications, timing and cost.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all suppliers adhere to contractual terms as well as all required control, compliance, information security and SLA guidelines.

Estimates and job awards are automated and shared through a print buy software tool.

Additionally, this team is responsible for cost reductions, production efficiency and other print driven initiatives.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements

10+ years of direct mail production management.

Extensive knowledge of print processes including litho, flexo, inkjet and digital lettershop is a must.

Understanding of lettershop elements including print, bindery, personalization and inserting.

Knowledge of USPS affairs as well as optimizing postal strategies.

Experience with managing multiple paper roll sizes and general knowledge of paper market.

Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities and run with initiatives from concept to execution.

Monitor and track spend by print element or campaign.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative management, procurement, creative agencies, strategy on broader corporate initiatives.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and experience with 3rd party software tools.

Contract negotiation experience including pricing and term negotiations.

Compensation & Benefits Full time salary range: $81,600.00 - $122,400.00
