This position pays $17-$18 hourly, based on experience, with opportunities for bonuses. Schedule: Wednesday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sunday 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Provide superior customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors. Assist in conducting market surveys and maintain up-to-date unit availability. Show, lease, and move in prospective community members; conduct move-in inspections and ensure apartments are move-in ready to Trinity’s standards. Process rental applications and maintain accurate file documentation. Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with appropriate teams. Receive collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards. Provide clerical and phone support; maintain calendars of scheduled move-ins. Demonstrate the ability to resolve resident complaints and direct issues to the Supervisor. Conduct move-out walks and perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor. Special Requirements

Physical Demands and Attendance/Travel: The employee will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands/arms/feet; may climb; work at a computer; talk on the phone; available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed. This is a full-time position and may require some nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance and participation in company functions are expected. Essential Functions and Skills

Ability to address the needs of community members, prospects, and vendors. Handle high-stress situations effectively; exhibit leadership and strong communication skills. Superior collection, administrative, and organizational skills; time management and prioritization. Strong customer service orientation and a solid sales background. Knowledge of state fair housing law and related regulations. Qualifications

Education and Experience High school education or equivalent required; ability to read/write English and perform intermediate mathematical functions; operate on-site resident management software. One year of service-industry experience preferred. Computer Skills Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check preferred.
