What You’ll Do
Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts with professionalism and care.
Assess client needs and recommend coverage options that fit their lifestyles and goals.
Prepare quotes, handle renewals, and process policy changes accurately and efficiently.
Support clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Stay informed about insurance products, trends, and regulatory updates.
Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and excellent service.
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
A customer‑first attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with insurance management systems or CRM software.
Interest in pursuing professional designations such as CISR or CIC.
