Adhere to the company’s guiding principles and respond to all calls/emails within 24 hours. Manage operations for a portfolio of community associations, providing administrative, operational, and managerial advice to Boards of Directors. Serve as a professional advisor to Boards of Directors, assisting with contractor and insurance carrier selection to maintain and protect the community. Mentor, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and professional growth. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment while building positive relationships with residents to ensure excellent service and communication. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve community services, amenities, and overall operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with governing documents, state and local laws, regulatory statutes, and industry best practices. Provide vendor management oversight, including bid processes, contract execution, and performance monitoring. Oversee and approve payment of vendors and manage vendor-related issues. Develop and manage accurate, comprehensive budgets for multiple associations, meeting deadlines and ensuring alignment with community goals. Work with the accounting team to monitor finances, ensure accurate variance reporting, process invoices, and maintain cash flow for projects. Monitor accounts receivable, including aging reports, and coordinate timely legal action for collections or other financial matters as needed. Create and present financial reports, including budget preparation and variance analysis, to Boards and stakeholders. Provide weekly updates to Boards regarding collections, compliance, service requests, work orders, and other open items. Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize liabilities and ensure adequate insurance coverage and timely claims resolution. Conduct Board or Annual Meetings and create monthly management reports, including updates on community amenities and key initiatives, with clear recommendations. Address and resolve escalated resident concerns and disputes professionally. Continuously identify opportunities for operational and service improvements. Attend monthly Manager and training meetings as required. Conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct at all times. Display exceptional ability to analyze and handle complex situations effectively. Prioritize and complete various projects and other work related tasks as needed and assigned. Qualifications
