I’m looking for a personable, responsible, hungry agent to join me as a Showing Assistant. You’ll support my active clients by hosting showings and open houses, helping with basic prep work like signs, flyers, and measurements. You can still work your own deals, and you’ll get hands‑on mentorship so you can level up fast.
You’ll plug into proven systems, real training, and real opportunities. The goal is simple: get you producing 24+ deals a year. Not someday… realistically, within 12–24 months if you execute.

Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Present yourself in a professional manner Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Compensation
