Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with Inquiries related to a company's products and services. He/she will be Instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and product issues, and by communicating in a professional, positivemanner. 2 Weeks Education, Working hours 08.00-01.00 shift system. +3k TL working from office bonus, %10 performance bonus. C1+ English, B2+ German speaker.
Attend training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service
Resolve phone, walk-in, mall, fax, and emall customer inquiries
Process and logging incoming calls into CRM system.
Identify customer needs.
Forward and escalation inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
Contact customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
Perform other duties as the need arises.
Update customer Information as required.
