Pre-Sales and Solutions Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales by providing technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our solutions, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Papaya Global's solutions to prospective clients. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Papaya Global's offering and competitive advantages. Collaborate with departments such as Product, Integrations, Payroll, and Customer Success to design solutions and relay feedback. Contribute to providing technical responses to RFPs & RFIs. Provide technical expertise and support during the entire sales cycle, including post-sale handoff to the implementation team. Notes

This is a salaried position with a bonus/commission component. Occasional travel may be required. We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote, hybrid, or in-office. Requirements

Skills

Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within Global Payroll, HR and SaaS industries. Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and articulate new ideas. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Mindset

Experience with global payroll and workforce management solutions is a plus. Experience with Integrations - ideally related to Global Payroll. Experience with Global Payroll Implementation.
