**COMPENSATION** **INFORMATION:*** Partner with HRBP to execute core HR processes (e.g. performance management, talent management, total rewards, compensation, training and development* Execution of transactional core HR processes (e.g. coordinate and conduct new associate orientation, unemployment claims processes, onboarding and exit interviews, transitional return to work, leave administration, OSHA reporting, etc.)* Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies and procedures* Maintain all personnel files, ensuring accuracy of active/terminated files and contents.* Responsible for administrative duties to include copying, filing, posting notices, scanning, and faxing.* Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding policy and procedure.

Perform employee investigations and conflict resolution.* Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans.* Support and maintain e-Time system and payroll-related activities* Support HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture* Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels* 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience* Bachelor’s degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field preferred.
