We’re looking for a
Junior to Intermediate Interior Designer
to join our hospitality team. This role supports senior designers and project leads through all phases of design — from concept to installation — with a strong focus on interiors, finishes, and FF&E. The ideal candidate combines creativity and organization, and thrives in the collaborative, fast-paced nature of restaurant and hotel work. Key Responsibilities
Support concept development through research, imagery, and presentation materials. Assist in space planning, FF&E selection, and material palette creation. Prepare presentation boards, rendered plans, and elevations. Develop and maintain finish schedules, specifications, and FF&E documentation. Communicate with vendors for pricing, lead times, and samples. Assist with purchasing coordination and installation oversight as needed. Support field verification, punch lists, and styling for project openings. Collaborate closely with architectural, lighting, and food service teams to ensure design intent is carried through documentation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field. 2–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in hospitality (restaurants or hotels). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or Enscape. Strong graphic presentation and storytelling skills. Familiarity with FF&E specifications, finish schedules, and vendor coordination. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A collaborative, hands-on attitude and a passion for creating meaningful spaces. What We Offer
