As a Territory Manager for Colgate Oral Care Pharmaceuticals (COP), you will be at the forefront of delivering Colgate’s premier oral health products. You will build relationships with dental practices to drive net sales, improve product mix, and grow the overall consumption of Colgate professional products. Candidates must reside within the geographic territory or be willing to relocate to live within the territory. More geography details will be shared during the interview process.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop territory business plans prioritizing largest/most profitable opportunities, while continuously decreasing cost-to-serve.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by actively participating and meeting/exceeding KPIs (calls, sales, and new/total customer acquisition).
Drive sales by promoting and merchandising Colgate's professional dental products to dental practices within the geographic territory.
Cultivate and expand relationships with dental practices to boost sales and identify new opportunities.
Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other outreach methods.
Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners, including Corporate DSO, Remote Selling Team, Call Center, Marketing, Educational Team, third-party distributors, and Dental Professionals.
Represent Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals at dental conventions, local dental/hygiene associations, study clubs, and dental/hygiene schools.
Educate customers through detailing and in-clinic seminars/lunch & learns on the efficacy and value of Colgate professional portfolio.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of sales experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel within the designated territory
Driver’s license in-state and in good standing
Proficiency in English for effective communication with partners
Preferred Qualifications
Prior sales experience in dental industry, CPG, or medical devices
Knowledge of the competitive landscape in health care products
Experience working with third-party distributors
Background in B2B sales, dental hygiene, or dental office settings
Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range: $77,500.00 - $85,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
