Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Position Summary: Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they have on their shopping list. From everyday needs to special occasions, members need you to take them to that special product. Depending on the shift, duties may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. This fast-paced job can be physically demanding and is like being paid to go to the gym. Be part of a great team with a common goal – helping members find more of what they love, for less.
Responsibilities
Promptly unload trucks
Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom
Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
Ensure club pick-up orders are filled and staged according to policy
What you’ll do
Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist with self-service technology, purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations
Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, organizing, cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing according to policy, identifying shrink, and securing fragile/high-shrink merchandise
Monitor product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise
Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; apply Open Door Policy in business processes
Complete work assignments by prioritizing with managers and colleagues, communicating progress, and adapting to change
Support club pick-up orders and staging as needed

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or tasks performed).
