Base Pay Range $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr
Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Locate products to fulfill online orders.
Prepare and package merchandise accurately.
Ensure order accuracy before pickup.
Make product substitutions when necessary.
