Take the family for a ride on an outrigger canoe, splash around in the turquoise waters of our white-sand beach, play a round of golf as you weave through waterfalls at Ko Olina Golf Club, or spend the day reconnecting with your inner self at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre.Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an **On Call Wellness Instructor** who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.The **Wellness Instructor** reports to the Director of Spa and is responsible for developing and executing the Four Seasons Resort Oahu fitness programming. Through working with all associated stakeholders at the resort, the Wellness Specialist will develop exciting class content, teach and instruct group fitness classes, manage fitness class schedules, and market overall promotion of fitness and wellness offerings within the resort. The primary goal is to help drive guest engagement by providing diverse and unique wellness and fitness options and drive revenue opportunities and manage budgets within the set targets.We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems including Opera and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.**About Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina**On Oahu’s sunny western coast – wild, rugged and conveniently close to Honolulu and Waikiki Beach – Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina balances a classic Hawaiian style with one-of-a-kind luxury.Chic and light-filled with vast ocean views, our 371 accommodations provide a personal sanctuary in this all-encompassing Hawaiian luxury beach resort. Restaurants and bars are infused with the magnetic energy of Ko Olina. Guests have the opportunity to splash into lively pools and lagoons, with numerous water sports right off the Resort’s own beach. They are also able to play tennis and golf, then relax in the Spa – wrapped in the effortless elegance of Four Seasons.**What you will do:*** Teach daily group fitness classes.* Offer private fitness and wellness sessions.* Offer Personal Training Sessions in Fitness Center.* Look for opportunities to develop an evolving interesting array of fitness/wellness opportunities to motivate our guests.* Be available for flexible scheduling to accommodate occupancy and guests’ requests.* Ability to interact with guests, providing full knowledge and assistance for maximum guest usage in an outgoing and positive, but unobtrusive, manner.* Establish, implement and maintain operational procedures for Fitness Programming and ensure adherence to all such policies and procedures to deliver superior guest service.* Be an ambassador of the Spa, Salon and Fitness areas at all times.* Maintains adherence to and stays abreast of any additions or revisions to the State Rules and Regulations.**What you will bring:*** Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.* Excellent presentation skills.* Be creative with their approach to delivering fitness instruction.* Understanding of high-quality fitness service experience.* 15 plus years of experience in the fitness industry.* Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.**What we offer:**
