The Department of Corrections, Division of Institutions is recruiting for a Criminal Justice Technician 1/2 position for Anchorage Correctional Center (ACC) located in Anchorage, Alaska. What You Will Be Doing

Under supervision, you will receive on-the-job training to calculate prisoner sentences, determine parole eligibility, and interpret court orders, seeking legal clarification when needed. This role is based on an adult correctional facility, which operates 24/7, ensuring a structured and professional working environment. Who We Are Looking For

Successful completion of training under a formally established Criminal Justice Technician 1-2 flexible staffing training plan with the State of Alaska; OR Any combination of education and/or experience that provides competencies in: Integrity/Honesty: Contributes to maintaining the integrity of the organization; displays high standards of ethical conduct and understands the impact of violating these standards on an organization, self, and others; is trustworthy.
