Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting company products and services. Maintains facility safety according to company policies by conducting safety checks, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials according to procedures, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area, stocking and organizing merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages, and securing fragile/high-shrink items. Monitors product quality through rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensures prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Complies with company policies and ethics by applying related plans and Open Door Policy in business processes and practices. Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and colleagues, meeting deadlines, communicating progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensures club pick-up orders are fulfilled and staged according to policy and procedures. We offer competitive pay, performance-based incentives, and benefits.
