Ennoble Care is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to work in-office in East Point, GA, Monday–Friday. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, communicating, and revising the daily schedules of providers conducting in-home and telehealth visits. Responsibilities

Schedule/re-schedule patient appointments for clinical providers Contact patients, communities and partners to communicate, align and confirm patient schedules Review and update patients’ demographic and insurance information Effectively prioritize tasks Promote prompt and courteous service Display excellent communication skills Maintain provider daily appointment load Handle voicemails daily and ensure all inquiries are addressed Other duties as assigned Qualifications

High School Diploma Experience as an Aide, preferably in healthcare Extremely organized and able to manage files, logbooks and staff schedules Calm demeanor under stressful situations Able to meet deadlines Strong communication skills Computer proficiency Proper phone etiquette and multi-phone line capability Work well under pressure Dependable Teamwork Physical Demands and Work Environment
